Senior Go Engineer

Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 3 active tools used by more than 17,000 unique customers every month.

We are looking for a Senior Go Engineer for our product Multilogin.

Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts in social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device.
The tool is designed for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go, transitioning to TypeScript as the migration progresses
• Write clean, concurrent Go code using goroutines, synchronization primitives, and context
• Design and optimize data layers - PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, migrations; DynamoDB as we transition
• Build event- and message-driven flows on Kafka, moving to SQS/SNS in the future
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD
• Improve service observability: logging, tracing, metrics in production
• Make architectural decisions, weighing performance, scalability, cost, and time-to-market
• Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and set Go standards for the team
• Proactively propose quality improvements - testing, reliability, technical debt

• 5+ years in backend development, including 3+ years of deep hands-on experience with Go
• Strong skills working with relational databases (PostgreSQL); understanding of NoSQL/key-value data models
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, message brokers, and event-driven design
• Production experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Ownership mindset - you take responsibility beyond the scope of your own task
• AI-forward approach - you work with agentic coding tools daily and understand where they help and where they don't
• English sufficient to read technical documentation and professional literature
• Ideally: solid proficiency in both Go and JS/TS
• A strong Go background combined with deep expertise in another language also works well - with that foundation, JavaScript/TypeScript is usually picked up quickly
