Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 3 active tools used by more than 17,000 unique customers every month.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for our product Multilogin.

Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts in social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device.
The tool is designed for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work with software developers, QAs, and other staff to improve delivery process and oversee code releases and deployments
  • Be an important contributor of a multi-team effort to deliver, manage and maintain configuration and release automation to meet business needs
  • Contribute to enhancing of the end-to-end development process and ensure ongoing platform reliability and availability
  • Develop automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying software applications, by creating, maintaining and documenting continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) environments to facilitate a development process
  • Support and enhance build and release processes through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies with a combination of processes and tools
  • Establish standards/guidelines for how software and infrastructure should be configured, to allow teams for effective work and smooth CI/CD processes
  • Drive operational excellence implementing automation, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies
  • Recommend, develop and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, configuration management and security
  • Contribute to mechanisms/architectures that enable fault tolerance and rapid recovery from failure
  • Be involved in discussions on the trade-offs between performance, scalability, cost, and time-to-market
  • Participate in ongoing systems development efforts to build and scale the infrastructure of our delivery platform
  • Ensure that the underlying infrastructure that supports software development, testing, and production is properly automated; contribute to improvements of infrastructure, architecture, and monitoring.
  • Drive cloud cost visibility, optimization, accountability, and partner with engineering and finance stakeholders to embed cost-awareness into day-to-day delivery
  • Design and operate serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, or equivalent)
     

Requirements

  • Cloud experience: You have hands-on experience running production workloads on a major cloud (AWS preferred) with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
  • Infrastructure as Code: You are highly proficient with Terraform and treat infrastructure as a first-class, version-controlled codebase.
  • CI/CD & GitOps: You have built and operated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) and understand GitOps delivery.
  • Observability: You have run production monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent) and know what good reliability looks like.
  • Distributed Tracing: You have hands-on experience with distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or similar) and can introduce it to deepen observability across our services.
  • Systems Thinker: You understand the fundamentals of networking, distributed computing, and asynchronous messaging, and you automate with Bash and Python before repeating yourself.
  • Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility beyond your immediate task and dig deep into the stack to find and fix the source of a problem.
  • AI-Forward Mindset: You're hands-on with AI engineering tools (Claude Code, Copilot, agentic workflows) and have opinions on using them well. You see them as a force multiplier for senior engineers, not a gimmick, and you have a point of view on what they're good at and where they still fall short.
  • Working proficiency in English: You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Conditions

On-site in Moscow, 5/2. Full-time.
