Influence/Affiliate Team Lead

Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 4 active tools used by more than 10,000 unique customers every month.
We are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead for our product NodeMaven.

NodeMaven is a high-load platform for managing IP infrastructure, providing anonymity and scalability for various online activities, including managing accounts in eCommerce and social media, data collection, and affiliate marketing.

• Define and execute the affiliate/influence marketing strategy for international markets
• Lead and develop the team, build efficient working processes
• Drive growth across key channel metrics and identify new scaling opportunities
• Build relationships with key partners and launch strategic collaborations
• Manage the channel budget, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams to hit shared goals
  
  Nice to have:
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech products
• Experience launching partner integrations and strategic collaborations
• Experience working with media and community platforms

• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate and/or influence marketing
• Team management experience
• Experience working with international markets and English-speaking partners
• Understanding of performance marketing and key efficiency metrics
• Ability to think about the channel strategically, not just operationally
• Strong analytical skills and genuine comfort working with data
• English B2+
