Head of Marketing

Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 4 active tools used by more than 10,000 unique customers every month.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing for our product NodeMaven.

NodeMaven is a high-load platform for managing IP infrastructure, providing anonymity and scalability for various online activities, including managing accounts in eCommerce and social media, data collection, and affiliate marketing.

• Own the full marketing function: strategy, planning, execution, analytics

• Lead four teams through their respective leads:

  • Influencer marketing ($30–40K/mo budget, primary acquisition channel)
  • Content & website (3-person team, WordPress; organic growth is an opportunity area)
  • Growth marketing (social media, community engagement, PPC via Google Ads / Bing / Yandex, Reddit, experimental channels)
  • AI channel (new initiative: LLM search optimization, AI-driven experiments)
• Own the core KPI: growth in new paying users (current baseline ~2,000 new paying customers/mo)
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget
• Develop strategy for entering new segments (web scraping, site-specific proxy solutions)
• Test new channels and hypotheses, including AI tools for marketing
• Report directly to the CEO

• 2–3+ years managing a marketing team with multiple sub-teams/leads
• Strong hands-on marketing background, ideally in B2C SaaS or products with a B2C funnel
• Experience with performance channels (PPC, influencer, content) and understanding of unit economics
• Interest in AI and willingness to leverage AI tools in marketing
• English B2+ (the team is Russian-speaking, but the product and audience are international; C1 is a plus)
• Management mindset: able to build processes, develop people, and lead through team leads
• Genuine passion for marketing - not just "managing for the sake of managing"

Work format: On-site in Moscow, 5/2. Full-time, employment according to Russian labor code
