General manager/Startup manager

We're looking for a General Manager to join our startup studio and take full ownership of new products from zero to launch and beyond.

You'll validate ideas, build and lead your own cross-functional team, and drive products to market. This is a role for someone who thinks like a founder: you move fast, make decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes.

Product

• Own the full product lifecycle: from idea validation and planning through MVP launch to scaling
• Define product roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
• Monitor competitors and market trends to keep products competitive

Team Building & Leadership

• Hire and lead a cross-functional team (marketing, development, design)
• Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable for results
• Foster open communication and a fast-paced, ownership-driven culture

Go-to-Market & Growth

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products
• Drive user acquisition and revenue growth from early stages
• Oversee marketing efforts across channels to generate traction

Operations & Strategy

• Manage product budgets and allocate resources efficiently
• Report progress and insights to studio leadership and stakeholders
• Identify risks early and adapt plans accordingly

• Undergraduate/graduate in CS/Math/Physics/Engineering
• Fluent English B2
• Interested in startup environments, entrepreneural mindset
