Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 3 active tools used by more than 17,000 unique customers every month.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our product Multilogin.
Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts in social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device.
The tool is designed for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Area of responsibility:
- Building and improving development processes (SDLC, release flow, interaction between Dev/QA/Ops).
- Ensuring predictable delivery at the system level.
- Developing engineering teams and growing Tech Leads into true owners of outcomes.
- Identifying and eliminating systemic problems that prevent teams from delivering results.
- Setting up interaction between Development, QA, Ops, and delivery.
- Increasing release stability and reducing operational noise.
- Creating an environment where teams work effectively without manual micro‑management.
Requirements
- Experience in building or transforming engineering processes.
- Ability to work with the system, not just with individual people.
- Experience improving delivery predictability and stabilizing development.
- Ability to develop strong Tech Leads and empower teams.
- Ability to find and remove systemic bottlenecks.
- Conversational English at B2+ level.

Work format: On-site in Moscow, 5/2. Full-time, B2B Contractor Agreement
