Affiliate Team Lead

Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 4 active tools used by more than 10,000 unique customers every month.

We are looking for a Affiliate Team Lead for our product Multilogin.

Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts in social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device.
The tool is designed for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.

• Affiliate Strategy & Growth: Own and drive the affiliate growth strategy - define target partner profiles, prioritize channels and geographies, and scale the affiliate program in line with business goals.
• Affiliate Acquisition & Expansion: Oversee and optimize affiliate recruitment efforts, personally closing high-value partners while building repeatable processes and playbooks for consistent partner acquisition.
• Relationship Management & Retention: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key affiliates, act as a strategic partner for top performers, and ensure affiliates are aligned, motivated, and continuously growing.
• Performance Management & Optimization: Track affiliate performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize traffic quality and payouts, and intervene early when performance declines.
• Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Own affiliate reporting and analytics, translate data into actionable insights, and provide clear recommendations to improve ROI, partner quality, and program efficiency.

• 2 + years of experience in partnerships/affiliate/influencer manager lead roles
• Strong relationship-building capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills

Work format: On-site in Moscow, 5/2. Full-time, employment according to Russian labor code
