Affiliate Manager

Eyes of Wonder is a startup studio with over 10 years of experience building successful IT products in the areas of browser technology, web automation, and AI. We currently have 3 active tools used by more than 17,000 unique customers every month.

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for our product Multilogin.

Multilogin allows you to manage dozens of accounts in social networks and online stores by creating separate virtual phones and browsers, each of which looks like an independent device.
The tool is designed for marketers, agencies, and sellers who need to run multiple accounts on e‑commerce and social media platforms.

• Search for and recruit new affiliates/influencers (outreach via email, Telegram, Instagram etc.)
• Manage communication with partners and negotiate terms
• Write and edit influencer briefs
• Review and give feedback on scripts and finished content
• Control quality of publications before they go live
• Track results in Post Affiliate Pro (or similar)
• Analyze performance (FTDs, CR, CPS, EPC)
• Prepare simple reports

Outreach & Affiliate:

• Experience in cold outreach
• Ability to find contacts of YouTube / TikTok / Instagram creators
• Basic understanding of affiliate models (CPA, CPS, RevShare)

Content:

• Experience writing or editing briefs for influencers
• Ability to give structured feedback on video scripts (hook, structure, CTA, tone)
• Understanding of what makes a good integration (not just “looks nice”)

Analytics & Tracking:

• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Experience with any affiliate tracker or analytics (Post Affiliate Pro, GA, Impact, Voluum, etc.)
• Ability to calculate and explain: CR, CPS, EPC, number of FTDs

On-site in Moscow, 5/2. Full-time.
